Of special note are the beautiful pure wool hand-knotted rugs from Afghanistan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Iran. Russets, blues, vibrant reds, yellows, chocolate; colours the result of vegetable dyes. These remarkable pieces take many months to make and will last for generations.
